Risk Assessments
Initiates with site visit and open domain research of various risks applicable to the facility which includes but not limited to - environment, socio-political mix, demographic mix, external infrastructure, law and order situation etc.
CAD + BIM
Laying equipment on detailed CAD drawings along with all supporting infrastructure (network, electrical, illumination, structure, cabling and containment etc.). The same is also transcended onto the BIM model with varying granularity and Level of Detail (LoD)
Procurement Support
Tender package including pre-qualification criteria, BOQ with distribution, indicative commercials and delivery timelines as per current market conditions as well as recommended makes; ‘Must Haves’ and ‘Good to Haves’ Identification for BOQ alignment as per budget and timeline allowances.
Concept Design
Concept design consists of mitigations to the risks identified and application on ground - these can be technological, non-technological, process or human resources. At this stage, all stake holders are required to provide their inputs for optimum results.
Simulation Techniques
Simulation of movement of people and throughput; 3D Volumetric Modelling showing pixel density at any given point of the field of view of a camera; Calculate the horizontal projection sizes of viewing, person detecting, identifying and license plate reading areas to draw them on the object plan.
Engineering & QA Services
Expectation setting for vendors, clearance of the sample submission, warranty and delivery timeline sign-off; Periodic quality assurance visits at site as per timeline, and issuing visit reports with course correction points; Provide test environment guidelines, witness test and sign-off on handing over documentation / achieve go live.
